How To Park and Retrieve a Call On a Yealink T43U/T46U Phone
This process allows you to hold a call in a virtual spot and retrieve it from another extension, ensuring a smooth and efficient call management experience.
Parking a Call: During an active call, locate an available "Park 1" or "Park 2" key. Press the chosen key. The caller will be parked and will hear music while waiting.
Once a call is parked, phones with the "Park" feature will indicate this by showing a red light on the "Park" button instead of green. Any phone that displays the red "Park" button can resume the parked call by pressing it. This enables call retrieval from any phone equipped with the Park feature.
Retrieving a Parked Call: To access a parked call on a different handset, simply press the same "Park" key (either Park 1 or Park 2) that was initially used to park the call.
