Clearing Browser Cache - Browser Solution
Clearing your Browser Cache is a common solution for resolving Browser Issues.
(Clearing your cache will delete your search history and site data; although you will not lose any saved passwords)
Once you're in Google Chrome, you are going to want to navigate to Chrome Settings. You can reach Chrome Settings my clicking on the Vertical Ellipsis located at the top right of your screen.
When you have clicked on the Vertical Ellipsis, you will then see the Settings bar. Please click Settings and proceed with the following steps.
Chrome Settings should look like this.
When you are have entered the Chrome Settings, please navigate to the left hand side of the screen and find the Privacy and Security tab.
Once you have entered the Privacy and Security tab, you should now see where it says Clear Browsing Data. Now select it.
When you have selected Clear Browsing Data, you will then need to set the Time Range to, "All Time."
Once you have done that, please go ahead and click on Clear Data.
Congratulations! You have just cleared your cache.
